FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Teardowns, timelines, pricing, ownership, and working with OODA from anywhere in the world.

That's the normal starting point. You just tell us what hurts: "we keep losing bookings," "support is drowning," "cash is tight and I can't see why." The teardown is where we figure out the actual cause together.

A teardown is a free working session where we map your bottleneck, sketch the system that fixes it, and tell you what it takes to build. No cost and no obligation to continue.

It depends on scope, but we work in tight loops and aim for a working first version fast, then improve it. You'll get a clear timeline at the end of the teardown, before any money changes hands.

Yes. It's your system, your data, and your code. We hand it over clean. We only stay on afterward if you want us to keep maintaining or improving it.

Yes. We're based in Lagos and work with local businesses, but we build for clients anywhere. Most of the work happens remotely, with WhatsApp and calls keeping things fast.

It's scoped to the system, so it varies. You'll always see the full price before we start building: no padded retainers, no surprise invoices.

Usually, yes. A lot of what we do is connecting and automating the tools you already run rather than replacing them. We'll confirm what's possible during the teardown.

Only if you want us to. Some clients take the handover and run it themselves; others keep us on to monitor and improve it. Either is fine.
