01Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how OODA Solutions Ltd (“OODA”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website or engage us for work. We are based in Lagos, Nigeria.
02Information we collect
Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, company, project details, any notes you send, and, when you sign an agreement, your signature, the email you provide for your copy, and the signing timestamp.
Information collected automatically: basic usage and device data needed to operate and secure the site. We keep this to a minimum.
03How we use your information
To respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver proposals, run projects, issue invoices, execute and store signed agreements, send you transactional emails (such as your signed copy), and keep records required to run the business.
We do not sell your personal information.
04E-signatures and documents
When you e-sign an agreement, we generate a signed PDF and record your name, the email you provided, a verification ID, and the date. A copy is emailed to you, and we retain a copy as the record of the agreement.
05Service providers we use
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate: Resend (sending email), Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), and a payment provider such as Paystack where online payment is used. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
06Data retention
We keep project, invoice, and signed-agreement records for as long as needed for the engagement and for our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
07Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with the data you trust us with.
08Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Email hello@ooda.ltd and we will help.
09Cookies
The site uses only what is necessary to function. If we add analytics or non-essential cookies in future, we will update this policy.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is the one published here, with the date shown above.
