How we work · The OODA method

A loop, not a long contract.

Most agencies start with a proposal. We start with your problem. The OODA loop is how we get from "something's wrong" to "it's fixed and running" without the months of back-and-forth in between.

01 / OBSERVE

Find the real leak

We find where the money, time, and customers are actually going, not where you assume they are. Often the problem you feel isn't the problem that's costing you. We look at the whole picture first.

02 / ORIENT

Study your situation

Your tools, your team, your customers, your constraints. We design for how your business actually runs, not for a generic template. This is the difference between software that fits and software you fight with.

03 / DECIDE

Scope the exact fix

We tell you precisely what we'd build, what it costs, and how long it takes, before any money changes hands. No padding, no vague retainers, no surprise invoices. You decide with the full picture.

04 / ACT

Build it and ship it

We build it, automate it, and put it live in your business. You get a working system in production with the automation switched on, not a slide deck and an invoice.

The engagement

What working with us looks like.

01You reach outOne sentence about what's slowing you down.
02Free teardownA working session where we map the bottleneck and sketch the fix.
03Scope & priceA clear plan you approve before we start.
04Build in tight loopsA working first version fast, then we improve it.
05Ship & hand overIt goes live, and the code and data are yours.
06Keep improvingOptional. We stay on only if you want us to.
What's a teardown?

A teardown is a free working session. You tell us what hurts; we figure out the actual cause, sketch the system that fixes it, and tell you what it would take to build. No cost, and no obligation to continue. Most owners learn something about their own business in the process.
